Mart Hutt founded Old Capitol Limousine Inc. in 1981, in Iowa City, Iowa with one stretch limousine. Since that time, we are now known as ELS (Express Limousine Service).  Our main focus is to provide prompt & professional chauffeured ground transportation.  We have been a member of the National Limousine Association since 2001.  Our commitment and hard work have lead to customer satisfaction for over two and a half decades.

You may choose from our large, diversified fleet of luxury sedans, corporate SUV's, Lincoln stretches (8-10 passenger), Ford Excursions (14 passenger), Hummer-H2 super stretch (20 passenger), limo buses and party buses (up to 35 passengers). 

We specialize in providing the most elite service for any special occasion. For reservations, please call our corporate office daily (8-5) at 319-626-5466.  We do require pre-payment to guarantee your date and time of service.  We will honor a 50% refund for cancelations made at least seven days prior to your reservation date. Cancelations within seven days are non-refundable.
